Sturm Instant Coffee Class Action Grinds To A Halt

Law360, New York (November 21, 2013, 3:45 PM EST) -- Single-serving coffee maker Sturm Foods Inc. escaped a putative class action, in which it was accused of misleading consumers that its instant coffee cartridges brewed fresh coffee, after an Illinois judge found on Wednesday that the plaintiffs had not shown they were misled by the product’s packaging.
