Pa. Insurer Settles Indemnity Suit Over LaSalle Football Injury

Law360, Philadelphia (November 21, 2013, 1:59 PM EST) -- A Pennsylvania insurer on Tuesday settled a suit brought by a risk pooling group for Catholic universities that sought $1.1 million in indemnity after a former LaSalle University football player sued the school and a nurse after suffering a brain injury during a game.
