Irish Real Estate Mogul Sued For $95M Over Chicago Spire

Law360, New York (November 22, 2013, 3:24 PM EST) -- RMW Acquisition Co. LLC filed suit in Illinois federal court Thursday to recoup the more than $95 million it is allegedly owed as a result of the unfinished Chicago Spire, saying that guarantor Garrett M. Kelleher is responsible for paying the debt.
