NY Judge Extends Ban on Sale of Malcolm X Diary

Law360, San Francisco (November 22, 2013, 8:43 PM EST) -- A New York federal judge on Friday extended an order barring Third World Press Inc. from publishing “The Diary of Malcolm X” until early next year when she can rule on a bid by the heirs of the civil rights leader for an injunction against the publisher.
