Investors Hit Barclays, UBS, Others With $100M Libor Suit

Law360, San Francisco (November 22, 2013, 7:46 PM EST) -- A pair of investment firms on Thursday slapped Barclays Bank PLC, UBS AG and others with a $100 million lawsuit in New York Supreme Court, claiming the banks breached contracts with investors by conspiring to rig the London Interbank Offered Rate for their own gain.
