Fed. Circ. Lets Contractors Join IP Row As 3rd Parties

Law360, Los Angeles (November 22, 2013, 8:21 PM EST) -- The Federal Circuit on Friday ruled that the U.S. Court of Federal Claims didn't exceed its jurisdiction when it permitted two government contractors to remain as third-party defendants in a suit that claims the government infringed an engine starter patent.
