NJ Fraudster Can't Take Back Guilty Plea In $200M Scheme

Law360, New York (November 25, 2013, 10:01 PM EST) -- A New Jersey man implicated in a $200 million real estate Ponzi scheme will be sentenced in January, after a federal judge denied on Monday his motion to withdraw his guilty plea, in which he argued that prosecutors had violated his plea agreement.
