US Airways, AMR Say Customers Can't Block Merger

Law360, New York (November 25, 2013, 5:24 PM EST) -- American Airlines and US Airways pressed a New York bankruptcy judge Monday to approve the federal antitrust settlement that would allow their merger to go forward, arguing that customers challenging the merger hadn't put in enough evidence to stop it or shown why their request was urgent.
