NJ Demolition Co. Hit With $3M Fine Over Debris Storage

Law360, Los Angeles (November 25, 2013, 5:59 PM EST) -- The New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection has slapped a Newark-based recycling and demolition firm with $2.9 million in fines over the illegal storage of large amounts of debris in the city, the agency announced Monday.

The NJDEP hit Theodore Fiore and his companies, T. Fiore Recycling and T.
