Philly Inquirer Owners Appeal Ruling Reinstating Ousted Editor

Law360, Philadelphia (November 26, 2013, 2:48 PM EST) -- The majority owners of Philadelphia Inquirer parent company Interstate General Media Holdings LLC asked the Pennsylvania Superior Court on Tuesday to hear an expedited appeal of a state judge’s decision reinstating the paper’s ousted editor after she found he was fired in violation of a company governance agreement.
