Book Groups Urge 9th Circ. To Reverse Book-Banning Ruling

Law360, Los Angeles (November 26, 2013, 6:37 PM EST) -- The American Library Association, the National Education Association, the Anti-Defamation League and a host of other groups urged the Ninth Circuit on Monday to reverse a decision against plaintiffs in Arizona who said the banning of books from the classroom violates the First Amendment rights of students.
