Texas County Wants AG's OK For Private Water Contract

Law360, Dallas (November 26, 2013, 7:15 PM EST) -- A Texas County that voted to contract with a real estate company to reserve groundwater has asked the Texas attorney general's office for a determination it has the authority to enter such a contract, according to a letter released Tuesday by the attorney general's office.
