Attys' Fees Nixed In 'Cowboys & Aliens' Copyright Suit

Law360, New York (November 27, 2013, 3:34 PM EST) -- A Texas federal judge on Tuesday shot down a bid by three movie studios to recover attorneys' fees and costs on behalf of Haynes and Boone LLP in a suit brought by a comic book artist alleging the film “Cowboys & Aliens” copied his work.
