Highland Asks 5th Circ. To Revive $15.5M BofA Loan Suit

Law360, New York (November 27, 2013, 3:49 PM EST) -- Highland Capital Management LP recently asked the Fifth Circuit for a second time to revive its suit accusing Bank of America NA of backing out of an oral agreement to sell a $15.5 million loan, saying a federal judge misapplied the law when he dismissed the case.
