CFC Axes Shipyard's Bid Protest Suit Over $117M Bid

Law360, New York (November 27, 2013, 5:05 PM EST) -- The U.S. Court of Federal Claims on Wednesday threw out a suit brought by Lyon Shipyard Inc. after it lost out on a U.S. Navy contract for vessel repair services in light of its costly $117 million bid, finding the Navy had adequate price discussions with the contractor.
