BAE Dodges Most Of Northeastern's Contract Breach Suit

Law360, New York (November 27, 2013, 4:38 PM EST) -- A Massachusetts federal judge on Wednesday agreed to dismiss part of a lawsuit filed by Northeastern University alleging BAE Systems and Electronic Systems Integration Inc. breached contract and failed to provide a piece of underwater acoustic technology after the school paid $1.2 million for it.
