Insurer Moves To Toss $20M Sandy Coverage Case

Law360, New York (November 27, 2013, 5:50 PM EST) -- Affiliated FM Insurance Co. asked a New York federal judge Wednesday to dismiss a suit claiming it stiffed the owner of a Brooklyn complex $20 million in coverage for Superstorm Sandy coverage, arguing that the parties mutually agreed to a $10 million flood sublimit.
