Shell Subsidiary Off The Hook In Human Rights Case

Law360 (March 6, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- A judge dismissed two lawsuits against Shell Petroleum Development Co. of Nigeria over the company's alleged role in human rights abuses in Nigeria in the 1990s, saying Tuesday that an American court didn't have jurisdiction over them.
