Royal Dutch Settles U.S. Shareholder Suit For $83M

Law360, New York (March 6, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- Almost a year after agreeing to a $352.6 million settlement with non-U.S. shareholders, Royal Dutch Shell Plc announced it would pay U.S. shareholders an additional $82.85 million to settle their suit and end all litigation stemming from the company's oil reserves scandal.
