Aquarium Owner Gets 1 Year In Fish Trafficking Case

Law360, New York (December 4, 2013, 2:39 PM EST) -- The co-owner of several large-scale aquariums was sentenced to a year in prison on Monday by a Florida federal judge after pleading guilty to conspiring to illegally transport and sell exotic fish, including sharks, that were wrongfully harvested from state waters.
