DOD Proposes Addition To Counterfeit Parts Testing Rule

Law360, New York (December 4, 2013, 6:52 PM EST) -- The Department of Defense on Tuesday proposed additional regulatory changes to support its goal of eliminating counterfeit electronic parts from the government supply chain, seeking to mandate new contract clauses that would require contractors to do more vigorous testing of components that are at higher risk of counterfeiting.
