Law360, Miami (January 7, 2014, 6:18 PM EST) -- A Florida state judge on Tuesday refused to grant an ex-University of Miami football player's request for an injunction against sales of the ESPN film “The U,” saying that if he prevails in his breach of contract suit against filmmaker Billy Corben, his damages would be quantifiable.
