Law360, New York (December 6, 2013, 1:54 PM EST) -- A judge for a New York state court in Manhattan on Wednesday tossed a lawsuit brought by the New York City Council and public housing tenants seeking to stop Mayor Michael Bloomberg’s controversial Land Lease Initiative, saying the case was not ripe for review.
