NY Post Settles Ex-Editor's Sex, Race Bias Claims

Law360, Los Angeles (December 6, 2013, 4:16 PM EST) -- The New York Post has settled a former associate editor's claims that the newspaper's work environment was rife with sexist and racist conduct, according to a stipulation filed Thursday. 

The Post and plaintiff Sandra Guzman agreed to voluntarily dismiss with prejudice all of Guzman's race and sex bias claims against the paper and Editor-in-Chief Col Allan, according to the stipulation. Further details of the agreement were not made public, and representatives of the parties were not immediately available for comment Friday.
