EBay Looks To Toss Class Action Over 'Buy It Now' Fees

Law360, New York (December 9, 2013, 12:10 PM EST) -- EBay Inc. on Friday urged a California federal judge to throw out a proposed class action brought by a man claiming that the company removes items from its listings too soon and doesn't compensate the sellers, arguing that the seller is seeking relief to which he is not entitled under eBay's user contract.
