Congress Prepares Last-Ditch Attempt At Defense Policy Bill

Law360, New York (December 9, 2013, 6:06 PM EST) -- The leaders of the House and Senate armed services committees announced a compromise on the annual defense authorization bill Monday, bypassing the normal procedure of debate, amendment and conference in an effort to get the bill finished before the current law expires.
