Amerijet Urges High Court To Curb NLRB Authority

Law360, Washington (December 10, 2013, 3:14 PM EST) -- Amerijet International Inc. has asked the U.S. Supreme Court to clarify the National Labor Relations Board's authority to investigate an unfair labor practice claim by Amerijet cargo handlers, alleging the board overstepped its statutory authority and the courts refuse to weigh in.
