SC Johnson Sues Sotheby's Over Frank Lloyd Wright Goods

Law360, San Francisco (December 10, 2013, 8:10 PM EST) -- S.C. Johnson & Son Inc. slapped Sotheby's Inc. with a lawsuit in New York federal court Tuesday, accusing it of illegally preparing to auction two pieces of furniture designed by famed architect Frank Lloyd Wright and refusing to return the pieces to Johnson, the owner.
