Peebles Closes NYC Agency's Biggest Building Sale At $160M

Law360, New York (December 12, 2013, 5:40 PM EST) -- Real estate developer The Peebles Corp. closed on a $160 million buy of a landmarked building that currently contains the New York City Criminal Court, in the largest building sale in the New York City Economic Development Corp.'s history.

The acquisition of the 400,000-square-foot property at 346 Broadway in Tribeca is Peebles' first acquisition in New York City, according to a spokesman, who said the firm had partnered with Elad Group for the deal.
