Miami Developer Says $17M Foreclosure Suit Was Malicious

Law360, Miami (December 12, 2013, 4:37 PM EST) -- BrickellHouse Holding LLC and its principals, who are building a 46-story luxury condominium in downtown Miami, sued JBG Development LLC in Florida state court Tuesday seeking damages stemming from $17 million they paid in a foreclosure action they claim was a malicious prosecution.
