Shutts & Bowen Signs Lease In Downtown Miami Tower

Law360, Miami (December 12, 2013, 6:56 PM EST) -- After almost three decades in a downtown Miami tower, Shutts & Bowen LLP is moving across the street to the Southeast Financial Center, where it has signed a 15-year lease.

The firm is moving from its current digs at 201 South Biscayne Blvd. to the Southeast Financial Center at 200 South Biscayne Blvd., where it will occupy 70,000 square feet of space on three floors. The lease is effective Nov. 1, 2015, according to a statement from the firm.
