Fight Over Child Injury Suits Heads For Texas High Court

Law360, Houston (December 13, 2013, 7:43 PM EST) -- The Texas Supreme Court said Friday that it would consider whether minors who were under the age of eight when they were injured as a result of medical negligence are barred from filing suit more than 10 years later.
