Ford Retains Its Win In Contract Dispute With Dealers

Law360, Washington (December 13, 2013, 8:11 PM EST) -- A New Jersey federal judge on Friday refused to alter a decision in favor of Ford Motor Co. in a contract dispute with several former dealers over its decision to stop manufacturing a line of trucks, despite the dealers’ claims that the decision did not apply to all of them.
