Bankrupt Miami Casino Gets Extra Day To Land Stalking Horse

Law360, Miami (December 16, 2013, 9:27 PM EST) -- A Florida bankruptcy judge granted the bankrupt owner of Casino Miami Jai-Alai and casino operator Silvermark LLC a brief — and final — extension on Monday to try to reach a $129 million stalking horse bid agreement for a proposed March auction of the facility.
