Law360, New York (December 16, 2013, 6:00 PM EST) -- A judge neglected key considerations when rejecting efforts by Waste Management of New Jersey Inc. and Covanta 4Recovery LP to temporarily block the Morris County Municipal Utilities Authority's award of a more than $130 million contract for waste services, the New Jersey Appellate Division ruled Monday.
