Ex-Dukes Members Seek 11th Circ. Review In Fla. Bias Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (December 16, 2013, 4:19 PM EST) -- A group of women suing Wal-Mart Stores Inc. in a Florida sex bias suit after the U.S. Supreme Court disbanded the nationwide Dukes class asked the Eleventh Circuit on Friday to determine whether recent high court rulings have undercut a decision cited in a judge's order dismissing their class claims.
