Law360, New York (December 16, 2013, 7:03 PM EST) -- Fifteen states called on the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency on Monday to integrate their own pollution abatement efforts into a forthcoming package of federal rules limiting emissions from existing power plants, favoring comprehensive greenhouse gas regulation over plant-specific directives.
