US Chamber Urges 10th Circ. To Nix $1B Dow Antitrust Award

Law360, Los Angeles (December 16, 2013, 9:56 PM EST) -- The U.S. Chamber of Commerce filed an amicus brief Monday urging the Tenth Circuit to reverse a $1.06 billion judgment against The Dow Chemical Co. in an antitrust class action over urethane foam price-fixing, saying class certification violated the Supreme Court’s Dukes and Comcast decisions.
