Cole Scott Dodges DQ In College False Claims Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (December 16, 2013, 9:27 PM EST) -- A Florida federal judge on Friday refused to disqualify Cole Scott & Kissane PA as counsel for the former director of a college targeted in a False Claims Act whistleblower suit, saying the employee relators failed to show Cole Scott's simultaneous representation of the college creates an unwaivable conflict of interest.
