MetroPCS Employees Get Conditional Cert. In Overtime Case

Law360, Miami (December 16, 2013, 7:32 PM EST) -- A Florida federal judge on Monday conditionally certified a class of MetroPCS Wireless Inc. account service representatives who claim the company failed to pay overtime under the Fair Labor Standards Act, saying the company's arguments against certification were premature.
