US Owes $152M For Contract Violations, IT Co. Says

Law360, Los Angeles (December 16, 2013, 7:02 PM EST) -- Logistical support company Information Systems & Networks Corp. hit the federal government with a consolidated suit in the U.S. Court of Federal Claims on Friday, seeking more than $152 million for alleged violations arising from 17 separate contracts between ISN and the government.

In 2010, Court of Federal Claims Judge Christine O.C. Miller lifted a 2 1/2-year stay in ISN's dispute with the government over the reimbursement contracts, following the parties' resolution of a related action over the payment of indirect costs on the contracts. The...
