Claims Pared In Contractor's Night-Vision IP Row

Law360, New York (December 17, 2013, 6:38 PM EST) -- A federal judge on Friday significantly trimmed a patent suit brought by defense technology company CANVS Corp. against the government over night-vision technology devices manufactured by Insight Technology Inc. and others, finding some of the claims in CANVS’ patent are anticipated.
