TTAB Won't Rethink Brooklyn Nets Trademark Ruling

Law360, New York (December 17, 2013, 5:26 PM EST) -- The Trademark Trial and Appeal Board recently sided with the Brooklyn Nets basketball team, refusing to reconsider a prior ruling that found a small company couldn't register “” as a federal trademark.
