NJ Housing Agency Set To Blow Court Deadline, Group Says

Law360, New York (December 17, 2013, 5:46 PM EST) -- A state agency is defying a New Jersey Supreme Court-backed deadline for adopting new affordable housing rules, and a court-appointed overseer should take charge of those regulations going forward, an advocacy group contends in a Friday filing.
