Law360, New York (December 17, 2013, 2:56 PM EST) -- Two BP PLC units lodged a fraud suit in Louisiana federal court on Tuesday accusing a Texas-based attorney and his firm of vastly inflating the number of claimants for a $2.3 billion seafood compensation program, asking the court to reduce the size of the fund.
