FPS Isn't Properly Training Contract Guards, GAO Report Says

Law360, New York (December 17, 2013, 6:46 PM EST) -- The Federal Protective Service still lacks the management controls and oversight systems it needs to ensure that contract guards are properly trained in screening and active-shooter response, according to a U.S. Government Accountability Office report released Tuesday.
