'Walking Dead' Creator Sues AMC For Unpaid Profits

Law360, Los Angeles (December 17, 2013, 8:06 PM EST) -- The fired creator of hit television series "The Walking Dead" sued AMC Network Entertainment LLC in New York state court Tuesday, claiming the network has deprived him of his contractual rights to tens of millions in profits by licensing the show to itself at artificially low rates.

Frank Darabont alleges that he and his agents at Creative Artists Agency LLC have not received a single dollar of profits from the series, which documents the years following a zombie apocalypse and is in its fifth season. ...
