Consultant Co. Hits El Paso With Software Copyright Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (December 17, 2013, 8:50 PM EST) -- A privately owned government services consultant company sued the city of El Paso in Texas federal court Tuesday, alleging breach of contract, copyright infringement and trade secret misappropriation against the city for reported violations of rights related to a proprietary software program.
