Luv N' Care Wants Rival Sanctioned After $10M Trademark Win

Law360, New York (December 18, 2013, 2:01 PM EST) -- After winning a $10 million judgment against Royal King Infant Products Co. Ltd. in a royalty dispute, baby products giant Luv N' Care Ltd. asked a Texas federal judge Tuesday to sanction Royal King for violating a court-entered protective order while the case was being litigated.
