SBE, Dranoff To Build $200M Tower In Philly Art District

Law360, New York (December 18, 2013, 4:54 PM EST) -- SBE Entertainment Group and developer Dranoff Properties will team up to build a 47-floor combined hotel and residential tower across the street from the Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts in Philadelphia for $200 million, the companies said Tuesday.
